Donald Trump is becoming more unpopular every day. Why? Because the big promises he made — his signature plans — are falling apart. They’re either hurting the country, backfiring completely, or are just plain illegal. And all of that is on full display with his latest disgusting move: the ICE raids.
These raids are targeting people in California and across the country. They’re terrifying, illegal, and even some of Trump’s fans — like Joe Rogan — are turning on him over it. Rogan just went off on Trump on his podcast, and we’re going to get into what he said.
But first, let’s talk about what started this mess.
Pam Bondi, Trump’s loyal defender, tried to cover for these raids in the Senate. But she looked completely lost. She was asked why federal agents are covering their faces and not identifying themselves — making people think they’re being kidnapped.
Senator Peters made it clear: if someone with a covered face grabs you and doesn’t say who they are, of course people will fight back. That puts everyone in danger.
Pam Bondi said she “wasn’t aware” this was happening — even though Trump has been pushing this hard. He wants ICE agents to wear masks while forcing protesters to take theirs off. People don’t even know if they’re being arrested or kidnapped — and sometimes it isn’t real ICE. It’s random people pretending to be ICE and snatching people off the street. That’s terrifying.
And then Trump made things even worse.
In a speech, he said he doesn’t just want to go after undocumented immigrants — he now wants to go after U.S. citizens. He claimed there are Americans who have been here “too long” and are criminals — and that “maybe” we should remove them too.
He said it like this:
“They were born here, but we should get them the hell out.”
What does that even mean? That’s not a plan. It’s fear-mongering. He’s just trying to scare people and get attention — not fix anything.
And that’s what finally pushed Joe Rogan over the edge.
On his podcast this week, Rogan criticized Trump hard. He said the ICE raids are insane and totally unfair:
“They’re going after migrant workers… gardeners… construction workers… not drug dealers or gang members. Just regular people.”
And he’s right.
This was supposed to be about crime, but now it’s just Trump’s goons grabbing anyone they can. No rules, no strategy — just chaos. Rogan has been speaking out about it more and more, and honestly, it makes you ask:
If Trump’s main campaign promise — immigration — is being handled this badly, what does that say about the rest of his plans?
That’s what makes no sense. If someone messes up their most important job, why would you trust them with anything else?
But Trump fans don’t want to think about that. The MAGA mindset doesn’t care about facts — just vibes. They follow whatever Trump says without asking questions. They don’t want real news. They want to hear “many people are saying” — and that’s enough.
It’s anti-thinking. And it’s dangerous.
And while Trump is doing all of this, what’s he really focused on? Making money for himself.
Ari Melber recently exposed Trump’s shady side hustles: he launched a $249 fragrance called Victory 4547, referencing his two electoral wins. He’s also sold:
- Trump steaks
- Trump coins
- Trump sneakers
- Trump gold phones
- Trump University — which wasn’t a real school and led to tens of millions in lawsuits
Now he’s making tens of millions from a memecoin — after calling crypto a scam. Foreign investors are using it to get access to Trump and influence his policies.
Let’s be clear: past presidents have made money after leaving office. But Trump is doing it while running the country. No one has ever done this at this level. It’s greed on full display.
Even his family is involved. A Trump-backed crypto company raised over $200 million. Would they get that money if Trump weren’t president? Probably not.
This isn’t leadership — it’s a grift. And that’s the real story of the Trump brand. It’s not about America First. It’s Trump First — every time.
He doesn’t think his followers are smart. He thinks they’re dumb enough to fall for scams. That’s why he keeps selling them garbage and stealing their money. He doesn’t respect them — he just sees dollar signs.
So, to the people who still support him: prove you’re smarter than this.
You deserve better than a corrupt salesman in the White House.
